I teach ambitious and mission-driven women how to gain the clarity, motivation and confidence to love their jobs or leave them, as well as work with organizations to build productive, positive, and engaged work cultures.
A key principle of my coaching philosophy is the belief that we must learn how to lead ourselves in order to achieve the impact we desire and effectively lead others. Developing this aptitude requires diligent self-reflection, clear and focused direction, and intentionality. These areas are at the center of my work with clients.
As a career and leadership development coach, I focus on the intersection of facilitating change to achieve goals alongside strategic self development. I partner with my clients to evaluate their current challenges, develop action-oriented solutions, and identify and overcome barriers to success. I integrate reflection and learning strategies to help my clients deepen self-awareness, strengthen their habits, and make intentional choices that align with their objectives and aspirations.
Coaching is a process designed for individuals, groups, and organizations that want to move forward and create new results. Through coaching, my clients shift their mindset and perspectives, and apply their knowledge and learning to pursue newfound avenues to success. My clients learn to understand what drives their behavior and how to leverage their unique strengths and abilities to overcome setbacks and make lasting changes. I adapt and individualize the coaching process based on my clients’ specific needs and goals, which is discussed in our initial consultation.
